ENTERPRISHIP
FRAMEWORK

Enterpriship is the process of building
enterprises with sustainable advantage, and has three
related disciplines:
- Entrerpreneurship
- Leadership
- Management
The Business Leadership Development Corporation (BLD) has developed Enterpriship BLDer: a set of capabilities that provide a systematized approach to building sustainable enterprises for:
- Entrepreneurs/intrapreneurs
- Lifestyle enterprise owners
- Executives
- Managers
- Professionals and the enterprises they serve
To make an entrepreneurial enterprise sustainable, it must first become an institutional enterprise; to make an institutional enterprise sustainable, it must become an intrapreneurial enterprise. An insitutional enterprise is established and stable; an intrapreneurial enterprise is an institutional enterprise that innovates internally.
The Enterpriship Styles model defines how to translate mindset into action through relationships and order to get results in terms of profit, value-added, and wealth on an ongoing basis.
What is CBLD?
BLD offers professional training in Enterpriship through The Center For Business Leadership Development (CBLD) as part of our Guide to Business Leadership Development series.
The "Enterpriship Accelerator" seminars, eseminars, and ebooks discuss the basic disciplines for entrepreneurship, leadership, and management. These seminars are designed for less experienced entrepreneurs, lifestyle enterprise owners, executives, managers, and professionals, and are presented in a highly organized and simple to apply style that enable enterprises to be "jump-started" right away.
The "Building Sustainable Advantage<>From Vision to Value" seminars, eseminars, and ebooks discuss in-depth functional and technical knowledge and skills for achieving performance excellence. These seminars are designed for more experienced entrepreneurs and intrapreneurial executives.
No prior business education or experience is required to attend The Center For Business Leadership Development seminars - the materials are designed to be immediately usable.
